Since we bought our first home in June 2002, we have found Steve and team to be excellent, not only with scheduling and making repairs, but upgrades as well.
We had a new kitchen and bathroom sink and garbage disposal installed in May 2004 and the job was very well done with absolutely no problems at all. Steve also gave me some options for our bedroom shower floor pan upgrade, and some ideas of what are the best bath tub materials to consider for our kid’s bath tub replacement in the future.
If you have been frustrated as we have been at times with service people not showing up or promises made but not kept, give Steve and Margaret a call – they won’t let you down, ever.

Hello Margaret,
I want to thank you and Steve for your patience and the excellent, responsible service you have given me.
The Diamond Club 323 point inspection was outstanding within itself for it made me aware of the many plumbing problems that exist in my condominium. We have taken care of the most urgent items. However, I positively will follow through and take care of some of the others as I become financially able.
